Fertility and Conception Counseling and Support

The process of trying to conceive (TTC) can feel incredibly lonely and isolating for some, and it can feel hard to know whom to reach out to for support in the process. Friends and family may not understand what you are experiencing, and the all-too-common advice to “just relax!” can feel deeply unsupportive. This can feel particularly challenging when it takes longer to conceive than anticipated, when you are trying to get pregnant as a solo parent, when you have a partner who isn’t engaged with the details of cycle tracking and planning, or when you have a history of pregnancy loss. Or you may be finding that your fertility care provider can offer the skilled clinical care you need, but isn’t meeting your needs for emotional care and support through this process.

Fertility counseling care

The emotional challenges of family building are different with each family and individual, and my care is tailored to your particular experience and context. Someone’s needs for support might include decision fatigue, adjusting fertility and conception plans, feeling burnt out on the daily routine of cycle tracking, experiencing deep overwhelm with planning and logistics, or working with anxieties around the physical process of trying to conceive.

I am happy to provide care via telehealth for folks who are not in my travel radius for home visits, which is 1 hour from Brattleboro, VT. You are welcome to include anyone in our visits as it feels supportive to your needs.

Fees

All initial fertility counseling visits are scheduled for 1-hour to provide the level of in-depth and individualized care I offer. All counseling visits include a built-in period after the visit where we are in touch by email or phone as you need. My fees for fertility counseling care are:

1-hour visit with 3 weeks of follow-up email/phone support: $200

30-minute visit with 3 weeks of follow-up email/phone support: $125
